thanks meegan for offering up your home out of rotation! we munched on steak (soooo good, and i'm not even a steak lover) and caprese salad:
quartered roma tomatos
halved mozzarela balls
loads of fresh basil
salt/pepper to taste
toss with olive oil & balsamic vinegarette
we also discussed the traumatic introduction to aqua tots as well as the joyful completion (just 3 days later). katie, can you elaborate?

The aquatots drama was short lived and I know the torture I am putting Anna Kate through will pay off in the long run. She is 2 1/2 and already swimming to the side of a pool after only 4 lessons. Each lesson is only 10 minutes long (mostly because the human body can only consume so much chlorine water). It's amazing, I will try to take pics at todays lesson and post.
