When a few is many

So right before school starts the majority of the group seemed to be on vacation so Meegan was nice enough to host and we ended up with 5 moms, 5 infants, and at least 5 toddlers (at that point its hard to count)! Fun to have both sets of twins there! See more pics here

Congrats to Jill on her news, Meegan on big baby Cam, and of course Dee Ann on Ben and Luke. I thought I would attach these even though they are not officially part of the WW anymore, we still like them.:)

Hot and Spicy Sandwiches

2 Pkg Kings Hawaiian Rolls
1 lb Black Forest Ham (Shaved) or any ham and/or Turkey
2 pkg pepperjack cheese

Make into sandwiches (I used ham and turkey and cheese in each sandwich).

1 Stick Butter
1 TBSP poppyseeds (did not use poppyseeds)
1 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 Tsp garlic powder

Melt butter and then mix other ingredients.

For Baking: Line baking pan eith extra long foil to make a tent.Build sandwicher and place in foil lined pan.Brush butter mixture on topes of sandwiches.Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes 24 sandwiches.

italian stew

2 cans diced tomatos (i used the fire roasted and garlic with basil)
2 cans beef broth
2 cups water
2T beef base (i used 2 cubes of beef bullion)
1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 onion, diced
1t pepper
3t dried basil
3t italian seasoning

1 bag of freash spinach
1 box fresh cheese ravioli

cook the first 9 ingredients for 1 hour. add ravioli and spinach and cook for 30 more minutes.

5:30-6:30 - santa and mrs claus are booked. santa will read "twas the night before christmas" and hand out a candy cane to all the wild ones. DADS WELCOME!
6:30-? - dinner for parents
6:30-6:31 - gift exchange

$12 per mom due to joy for santa's visit.

my spanish teacher told me that people in the northern hemisphere have the most birthdays in august and september. that is certainly true with this group!
